CITIBANK CASHBACK OFFER $3000 ON PURCHASES AND REFINANCES

$3,000 cashback offer, as well as some of the lowest ever owner-occupied and investment rates. Now available for new purchase and refinance, P&I and IO home loan, until 31 December 2020.

Eligibility criteria
  • For new applications submitted by a Citi Select Broker from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020 and settled by 20 February 2021.

  • This offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who refinance and or purchase a home with a new eligible home loan product under the following Eligibility Requirements:

    • Home loan application must be submitted within the Promotional Period (point 1 above)

    • Home loan application must be submitted by a Citi Select Broker as designated by Citi at its sole discretion

    • Lending must be new to Citi (refinances of existing Citi loans are excluded from this offer)

    • Lending must not exceed a loan to value ratio (LVR) of 80%

    • Repayment type can be principal and interest and/or interest only

    • Available on owner occupier and investor loans (excluding Construction loans, Company applicants and Trust applicants)

    • Minimum refinance and or purchase home loan amount $350,000

    • Eligible Citi home loan products: Basic Variable, Standard Variable, Offset Variable and Fixed

    • Home loan must be disbursed on or before 20 February 2021

    • Normal lending policies apply

    • This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion

     

  • Only one cashback per eligible home loan capped at two cashbacks per customer. Where a home loan has more than one applicant and one applicant receives the cashback, all applicants are deemed to have received the cashback. Maximum amount per cashback of $3000 for a Citi Select Broker loan.

ANZ REFINANCE CASH BACK OF UP TO $3000

Effective  1st June 2020 ANZ home loans switching cashback discretion will be updated. For eligible customers refinancing home lending of $250,000 or more from an OFI (which may include some additional new lending), a higher cashback amount of $3,000 will be available.

Please note the eligibility criteria for cashback discretion include brokers submitting an OFI Refinancing Payment form for the customers they have offered cashback (once their loan has drawn down), and that the cashback amount must be paid to an eligible ANZ transaction account.

This updated discretion replaces any existing ANZ switching cashback arrangements (from 9 March 2020). If your customer submitted their application at the time a previous ANZ switching offer applied, they will remain eligible for cashback under that previous offer (subject to satisfying applicable terms and conditions).

ANZ's current up to $3000 Switching Cashback Discretion is extended to 16 April 2021. Previously, the last date for submitting an application was 1 February 2021.

Eligible loans must now be drawn down by 30 June 2021 (previously 30 April 2021).

Note: this is not a new campaign. ANZ is extending the application end date and loan drawdown date for the current switching cashback discretion period. The other eligibility criteria continue to apply.

Bank of Melbourne Home Loan Refinance Cashback offer extension effective Friday 22 January 2021

Effective Friday 22 January 2021, Bank of Melbourne is extending the following home loan refinance cashback offers for eligible applications submitted by Wednesday 31 March 2021 and settled by Wednesday 30 June 2021:

  1. The $2,000 Refinance Cashback2 offer for for Basic Home Loans and loans with the Advantage Package1.

  2. The Bonus $2,000 Refinance Cashback2 for initial applications, on loans with a maximum LVR of 80%.

Eligibility criteria

  • $2,000 Refinance Cashback for new Owner Occupier and Residential Investment refinance applications received from Wednesday 1 April 2020 to Wednesday 31 March 2021 and settled by Wednesday 30 June 2021.

  • Only 1 Refinance Cashback per property refinance will be paid regardless of the number of loans involved.

  • Bonus $2,000 Refinance Cashback with a maximum LVR 80% for new Owner Occupier and Residential Investment refinance applications received from Friday 18 September 2020 to Wednesday 31 March 2021 and settled by Wednesday 30 June 2021.

  • Only 1 Bonus Cashback will be paid for the initial application regardless of the numbers of customers, properties or applications involved.

  • Available for Owner Occupier Loans (Principal & Interest repayments only) and all Residential Investment Loans.

  • Available for Basic home loans and home loans under the Advantage Package1. $395 annual package fee applies.

  • Minimum loan size of $250,000.

  • Applicants must have a Bank of Melbourne transaction account linked to the home loan at the time of settlement. The transaction account must be kept open for at least 60 days after settlement for the cashback to be paid into.

  • Applicants’ home loan repayments must be direct debited from this Bank of Melbourne transaction account.

Exclusions

 

This offer is not available for:

  • Switches and refinances of home loans within the Westpac Group which include St.George, Westpac, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA and RAMS.

  • Owner Occupier Interest Only loans.

  • Portfolio Loans.

  • Residential lending originated under a trust.

  • Residential lending under a company name.

Important details

The Bonus $2,000 Refinance Cashback2 for loans with a maximum LVR of 80% will be paid on the first application only to eligible customers on top of the current $2,000 Refinance Cashback2.

Westpac Home Loan Refinance Cashback offer extension effective Friday 22 January 2021.

Effective Friday 22 January 2021, Westpac is extending the following home loan refinance cashback offers for eligible applications submitted by Wednesday 31 March 2021 and settled by Wednesday 30 June 2021:
