Who we are
“FND Finance”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FND Financial Services Pty Ltd ACN 608 633 914. Contact us at hua@fndfinance.com.au or 1300 110 640.
This policy covers this website and related service enquiries. If you later request credit assistance or enter a separate service arrangement, additional collection notices, privacy consents or terms may apply to that activity.
Information we collect
The discovery call form collects your name, email, telephone number, optional business name, stage in your broking journey, selected areas of support and message. It also records your agreement to be contacted, submission date and enquiry reference.
We collect information you choose to share by email or telephone and records needed to manage that conversation. Without the requested contact details, we may be unable to follow up.
Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and request details, and security or error logs. Where the hosting platform requires sign-in, it also processes the account and session information needed to control access.
Please leave out client or borrower names, identification documents, bank statements, loan files, tax file numbers and other sensitive third-party information.
How we use information
We use information to understand your goals, respond to your request, discuss support, arrange contact and maintain enquiry or service records. We also use information to resolve questions or complaints, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
The form’s contact consent relates to your enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop marketing by using an unsubscribe option provided or contacting us directly.
The website records enquiries for follow-up. It does not make automated lending, accreditation or eligibility decisions about you.
Storage, security & retention
Enquiry records are held electronically using managed hosting and storage services. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and any applicable legal record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed and retention is not required by law, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Cookies and similar technologies
The hosting platform can use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security and essential operation. A temporary preference in your browser tab remembers whether you have seen the introductory animation. It does not identify you or contain enquiry information. Browser settings let you manage cookies and site storage, although blocking essential storage may affect functionality. We have not added advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics to this website.
Your choices, access & correction
Ask us to access or correct your information, request deletion where appropriate, or tell us to stop contacting you about an enquiry. Email hua@fndfinance.com.au and include your enquiry reference if available.
We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. We will consider requests within a reasonable period and explain if a legal obligation or exception prevents us from fully meeting a request. A deletion request does not override a legal retention requirement.
Contact & privacy complaints
Contact us first with the details of your concern and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter, seek any further information needed and respond with the outcome or next steps.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) (opens in a new tab) to ask about your privacy complaint options.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, services or information handling practices change. The latest version will appear here with its updated date.
